Bio
Paul Hubbard is an established author, tour guide and archaeologist from Zimbabwe. Born in Bulawayo, he holds degrees in archaeology and specialises in prehistoric rock art, African colonial history and architecture, as well as the medieval empires of southern Africa. Paul has been ranked by Vanity Fair (UK) as one of their Top 10 Guides in Africa and was chosen by Condé Nast Traveller as one of their Top 25 Guides in Africa. He is the author or co-author of eleven books and he runs his own travel and tourism company, Hubbard’s Historical Tours, which has established a wide and loyal following of local and international guests.
